Friday Post #4 (April 1, 2016)

What I did :

This week in flash, we finished up the Flash face animations. I chose a quote from Batman Begins (2005). The quote is "and you always fear, what you don't understand." This is a very true quote and it took a lot of time because instead of me doing 3 separate quotes, I did one long quote and had to separate it into 3 sections. It was essentially a hundred frames long and pretty hard to work around because I would get messed up by putting stops in places and it was confusing on when the quote would start. So, we basically finished the Face Animation this week.
What I learned :

I learned many things this week mainly because it was so hard. I learned that all the action scripts for the starting of the buttons were supposed to be together in the first frame of the action layer and the stops would be put into another layer. I also learned that I probably shouldn't use such a long quote next time. That is what I learned on the last week of using flash.

Some tips I have are :

- Grouping - CTRL + G

- Breaking - CTRL + B

- Instance name = Button name but the first word is lower case and no spaces

- Add another layer for stops, it really helps.

- Don't use a very long quote
